Due to congestion in the social counselling for families with children we respond to Maisa applications and "Tarvitsen apua" (I need help online form) contacts within about a week of receiving the message.

Social counselling for families with children

Contact us when you need help with challenges in upbringing, parenting or stress in everyday life.

Social counselling for families with children advises and helps families with children under the age of 18.

You do not have to know what kind of help or support you need. We will work with you to determine which service would best benefit your family and refer you there.

The service is voluntary and free of charge. You can contact us in Maisa, using the 'Need help?' online form or by phone.

If you send a message via Maisa, we will respond to you within three working days. If we cannot reach you by phone, we will send you a reply in Maisa.

You can also send a message using the 'Need help?' online form. We will respond to you within three working days, primarily by phone.

You can also call us. Social counselling for families with children is available at tel. +358 9 310 15454 on weekdays from 9.00-12.00. Service in Swedish is available at the same number on Mondays from 9.00-12.00.

If a social welfare professional is already helping your family, please contact them first.
