General upper secondary education

General upper secondary education prepares you for further studies and the future. The City has 15 general upper secondary schools, one of which provides adult education. All schools have general and special emphasis tracks, some have a special educational task. There are also private, trust-funded and state-run general upper secondary schools in Helsinki.
