Oima service to be introduced in the payment of informal care allowance in autumn 2026

The City of Helsinki will introduce a digital fee payment system Oima for the allowance payments of informal carers, substitute caregivers and other fee recipients in autumn 2026. If you are unable to start using the Oima service, you can continue to manage your own affairs through your informal care support client advisor.

Now you can view your social services client information also in MyKanta

You can view social welfare documents concerning you, the date your client relationship began and the contact details of your designated worker.

Manage your health and social care in Maisa

In the Maisa client portal, you can find your examination results and the entries made by the physician. In Maisa, you can also book and cancel appointments and send messages to the professionals taking care of you.
