We are conducting a survey on the experiences of violence in close relationships among Helsinki residents aged 18 and over. You can respond to the survey anonymously until 9 October 2026. Every response helps us develop services and strengthen support for all those affected by violence and their loved ones.
We provide comprehensive support to help you navigate various aspects of your life, including financial matters, housing issues, maintaining your ability to work and function, and promoting integration. Our dedicated services are specifically designed for working-age residents of Helsinki who are 16 years of age or older.
Are you concerned about the well-being of someone you care about? Do you suspect that someone you have come across may be a victim of human trafficking? If you have worries about the safety, health or overall well-being of your loved one, you can submit a notification of concern to us. Our team will thoroughly investigate the situation and provide the necessary assistance and support to help them navigate through the circumstances they are facing. We process notifications of concern concerning people aged 18–64 that are submitted via Maisa on weekdays from 8.15 to 16.00.
