We are in the process of renewing the hel.fi website related to the contact channels of the City of Helsinki. The purpose of this survey is to learn about Helsinki residents’ experiences and wishes regarding situations in which they need to contact the City of Helsinki. The results of the survey will be used to develop the City’s website. Completing the survey takes about three to five minutes, depending on the number of experiences and opinions you would like to share.
