Work and day activitiesFor Helsinki residents with disabilities beyond the compulsory education age, we provide meaningful engagement opportunities through our work and day activities.
Our services
Day activities are ideal for you if you are seeking meaningful activities, but cannot participate in work activities due to your disability or illness. We will set personal goals for your day activities.
Work activities at work centres and non-institutional work activity locations are intended for Helsinki residents between the ages of 18 and 65 who need special support in finding employment or maintaining their functional capacity.
The work activities of the disability work activity centres are intended for persons with disabilities who are able to function quite independently, carry out given work tasks and comply with other work-related rules, such as schedules.
With us, you get to practise basic and rudimentary digital skills, such as the selection of digital devices and applications, safe Internet use and electronic communications and services.
We offer you individual job coaching. Coaching always starts with mapping your skills and support needs.
Whether you are a company, association or municipal operator, we can do modified work for you!
Do you have urgent mailing or packing needs? We specialise in efficient and prompt handling of such tasks. Does your courtyard require gritting or lawn mowing? You can rely on us to get the job done! We have a dedicated team ready to assist you.
Our expertise extends across a wide spectrum of tasks, from cleaning to sewing, and we're more than happy to lend a hand.
