Autumn 2025 influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations

Appointment booking for influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations opens for people aged 65 and over on 16 September in Maisa and on 17 September by phone, tel. +358 9 310 46300. Unfortunately, Maisa mistakenly released information suggesting that vaccination appointments were already available. Some appointments were briefly available in Maisa. If you managed to book an appointment, you do not need to book a new one.

For those under 65, appointment booking opens on 8 October in both Maisa and by phone.

Psychiatric outpatient care

In psychiatric outpatient care, there is usually a treatment programme on weekdays according to the individual treatment plan.

We will prepare the treatment programme with you and your nearest friends and family. Our treatment programmes are based on scientific research data.

We offer psychiatric outpatient care at the psychiatric outpatient clinics in Kalasatama, Laakso, Malmi and Vuosaari. We also provide care at the outpatient care units located in the Aurora Hospital area. For example, the Day Unit for Affective Disorder Services provides clients with additional support on weekdays in cases where the care provided by the psychiatric outpatient clinics is not enough on its own.

The Aurora Hospital area hosts, for example, the Centre for Bipolar Disorder Research and Care, Psychophysical Physiotherapy Unit, Special Care Outpatient Clinic, Mobile Outpatient Unit, Intensive Outpatient Care Unit and psychiatric day wards.
