Laboratory and imaging examinations

You always need a referral for laboratory and imaging examinations. The examinations are carried out by HUS, but the examination sites are often located at health stations.

Laboratory and imaging examinations always require a referral issued by a health care professional. Agree with the professional on how you will be contacted regarding the examination results. The results may take two weeks or even longer to be completed and commented on, so please wait patiently.

The examination results will be available in the Maisa and MyKanta services.
