Psychiatric Emergency Services to move from Malmi Hospital to Haartman Hospital
From 3 October 2022, the psychiatric emergency services for Helsinki residents over the age of 16 will be available at the Meilahti Emergency Department, Haartman Hospital, Haartmaninkatu 4, building 12.

Urgent and emergency care

If you need urgent care in the evening or at a weekend, you can contact the Malmi Joint Emergency Department and the Meilahti Joint Emergency Department.

On weekdays, during the opening hours of health stations, you can receive help from your local health station. At health stations, our urgent care services are available on weekdays at 8:00-16:00.

In evenings, at weekends and on national holidays, you can go to the Malmi Joint Emergency Department or the Meilahti Joint Emergency Department. Emergency care for children and young people under the age of 16 are available in evenings and at weekends at the New Children's Hospital.
