Dental check-ups for the elderly

Taking good care of your mouth becomes more important as you age. You should have regular oral and dental check-ups.

Your individual need for care determines how often you should have a check-up. For adults, having an oral and dental health check-up every two to three years is usually enough as long as their mouth and teeth are healthy and they are in a good general state of health.

If it has been longer than three years since your last dental check-up, please contact your dental clinic by phone or through the chat service or Maisa portal.

Oral check-ups and preventive dentistry are free of charge for veterans.
