During a health check, we will examine your general state of health. You will receive targeted information about your wellbeing and health.
You can start your health check by completing the digital Health Check in the Omaolo service, after which you can contact your health centre if necessary. Alternatively, you can contact your health station by phone.
How to contact us
The digital Health Check of the Omaolo service consists of roughly 40 questions about your state of health, lifestyle and mental wellbeing. You will receive a summary of what is going well, what your life expectancy is with your current lifestyle, and what you could pay more attention to in order to reduce your risk of falling ill.
If the results show risks factors regarding your health or wellbeing, you can contact your health centre via Omaolo.
How to carry out the health check:
- Go to the survey(Link leads to external service)
- Select ‘Health check conducted for other reasons’.
- Set Helsinki as your region and select your health centre.
- If there are risk factors in the results, log in by clicking ‘Identify yourself and continue’.
- To send your reply to a professional, select ‘Continue to send’.
The Omaolo service is open around the clock, every day of the year. Once you have sent your results, we will contact you by phone or Omaolo message. If needed, you can use Omaolo to obtain a laboratory referral, a medication prescription, self-care instructions or an appointment with a professional.
