Physiotherapy

After receiving a referral to physiotherapy, you can book an appointment with a physiotherapist. Book or cancel your appointment by calling the physiotherapy’s telephone service.

The service is open Mon–Fri from 8.00–15.00. We have a call-back system.

If you can't make your appointment, cancel or reschedule

As of August 10, we will charge a penalty fee to those over 18 years of age if the appointment is not used and the appointment is not canceled in good time. The fee will not be charged if there is an acceptable reason for not canceling, such as sudden illness. The fee also applies to remote appointments and group visits. To avoid a fine, cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment at Maisa or by calling the physiotherapy hotline at 09 310 27600 on weekdays between 8 am and 3 pm.
