Autumn 2025 influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations

Appointment booking for influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations opens for people aged 65 and over on 16 September in Maisa and on 17 September by phone. For those under 65, appointment booking opens on 8 October in both Maisa and by phone.

Koskela self-treatment product distribution point

If necessary, you can pick up the pre-ordered self-care supplies from the Koskela self-treatment product distribution point.

When ordering self-care supplies, you can agree on picking up the ordered products from the Koskela self-treatment product distribution point.

You can also come to the Koskela unit if you need self-care supplies urgently and cannot reach the distribution of self-care supplies distribution by phone or through the Maisa service.

Our phone hours are weekdays from 9:00 to 12:00.

The route to the main entrance

  • The 2 accessible parking spaces are located outdoors under 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is at least 3.6 m.
  • The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
  • The route to the entrance is guided, smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.
  • There is a steep slope on the passage.

The main entrance

  • The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
  • The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door requires the use of a door phone, opening easily manually.
  • The entrance has thresholds over 2 cm high.

In the facility

  • The customer service point is located on floor 3.
  • For moving around, there is a lift, which can hold a wheelchair; the door opens automatically. The floor numbers in the lift can be felt with fingers. The button for the exit floor stands out from the other buttons. (The minimum dimensions for an accessible lift are width 1.1 m and depth 1.4 m.)
  • The doors in the customer service point stand out clearly.
