Sleep guidance groups

The sleep guidance group is intended for families where it is difficult to get a 6-12-month-old baby to fall asleep or the baby wakes up several times during the night.

The goal of sleep guidance is for the baby to learn to fall asleep and sleep at night without the constant help of an adult. We encourage parents to solve their baby's sleep issues with gentle home remedies.

The sleep guidance groups are organised at playgrounds. The groups are guided by playground employees and social instructors for families with children.

The group meets three times, approximately every two weeks. One group can accommodate 6-7 families.

For more information about registration and the groups, please contact the playgrounds or social counselling for families with children.

The service is free of charge.
