The digital support service at the service centres will help you in using a computer, smart devices and e-services.

Digital guidance is provided by volunteers of Enter-association and the service centre staff. You can receive personal guidance on how to use a smartphone or tablet, for example.
We offer digital support at almost all our service centres. You can make an appointment for digital support by calling our customer service phone number.
The service is free of charge. You need a service centre card to access the service. You can get a card free of charge from the service centres' information desk.
Some of the service centres also have computers for clients to use independently. Some computers are connected to a printer, but printing is subject to a fee.
