Day Activities Centre Solstrålen provides elderly people with a warm and pleasant environment for meeting other people and spending meaningful time together.

We often start the day with a moment together and a chat. We keep active through a variety of exercises and enjoy music and dancing together. We go outdoors every day and visit the lovely local parks, for example.

We also look after our mental wellbeing. We listen to music, talk, and engage in activities which boost our memory.

At Solstrålen, we do everyday things that bring us joy. We bake, do crafts, sing, and play group games. We bring rhythm, variety, and good company to your days.

The instructors provide individual support for each participant. They encourage physical activity and to get involved according to your abilities.

We have a team of practical nurses and a physiotherapist.
