With us, you'll have the opportunity to hone fundamental digital competencies, including the selection of digital devices and applications, practicing safe Internet usage, mastering electronic communication and services, and navigating various digital well-being and social media platforms. Additionally, you'll gain proficiency in online information searching.

Our groups convene either in person at the Vallila Disability Work Unit or online through Microsoft Teams. Typically, these sessions occur once a week, lasting for 1 to 2 hours each.

Our program operates in cycles, which typically span from six months to a year. However, you're welcome to join a group even if it's in progress.

For in-person sessions, we provide the necessary equipment, but you're welcome to bring your own if it's more convenient. In online groups, you'll use your own digital device and email for participation.

Our digital coaching is intended for clients engaged in work and day activities for people with disabilities. If you're interested in joining our digital coaching groups, please reach out to your designated social worker or contact the Virtual Services Unit of Disability Work via phone or email.
