We can support you in building relationships and deepening your close relationships. This support will help you communicate with other people when your means of communication are limited or you require assistance with using communication equipment. The support makes it easier for you to take part in various recreational activities.
Special support for participation is suitable for you if it is particularly difficult for you to express your wishes and, for this reason, you are unable to use the personal assistance service.
The support is primarily intended for supporting interaction and participation outside the home. However, if you indicate that you would rather engage in things such as physical activities or crafts at home, we can also grant the support to be provided at home.
You can apply for the service by filling in the disability service application form and delivering it to the service point of the Social Work for People with Disabilities Unit in your area.
