Autumn 2025 influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations

Appointment booking for influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations opens for people aged 65 and over on 16 September in Maisa and on 17 September by phone, tel. +358 9 310 46300. Unfortunately, Maisa mistakenly released information suggesting that vaccination appointments were already available. Some appointments were briefly available in Maisa. If you managed to book an appointment, you do not need to book a new one.

For those under 65, appointment booking opens on 8 October in both Maisa and by phone.

Tanhua Activity Centre

At Tanhua Activity Centre, we provide group-based day activities while prioritizing effective communication methods that support speech.

Our activity centre is conveniently situated in Kontula within a single-story building. We offer four spacious group areas with multiple rooms, a large hall, a sensory room, and an exercise room for the benefit of our participants.

Adjacent to our centre, you'll find a spacious private courtyard complete with terraces, offering a serene outdoor space. Additionally, the proximity of a lush park area and Kontula Sports Park enhances the overall experience at Tanhua.

With a capacity to accommodate 35 clients, our dedicated team of 10 instructors is committed to ensuring a fulfilling and inclusive environment for all.

  • The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
  • The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.

The main entrance

  • The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
  • The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door requires the use of a door phone, opening automatically.

  • The customer service point is located on the entrance floor.
  • The doors in the facility stand out clearly.
  • The facility has an accessible toilet.
  • There is a second accessible toilet on floor 0.
