The Pikkukoski group home provides 24-hour service housing for 26 adults with disabilities.
In Pikkukoski, you will live in your own rented apartment.
The group home is divided into five different floors, the ground and upper floors of House A, House B and the ground and upper floors of House C.
Each floor has common areas and a kitchen. The unit also has two saunas, as well as laundry facilities.
The unit has lifts, but the facilities are not fully accessible, as Houses A & B have thresholds and corridor doors with door closers that can make it difficult to move around with assistive devices.
Some apartments do not have a private bathroom (Houses A and B). The apartments do not have their own kitchens. Meals are served in communal dining areas.

What is it like to live at Pikkukoski group home?
At Pikkukoski group home, every resident is given the opportunity to live their own lives. You can decorate and furnish your room as you wish and have guests over.
In the kitchen and dining areas, you can get involved in cooking and setting the table, if you like. Sauna facilities are available for use if needed.
What is everyday life like at Pikkukoski group home?
Some of our residents participate in work or day activities from Monday to Friday outside the Pikkukoski group home. On Monday to Friday evenings, you can use the common areas of the group home. There, you and other residents can chat, play games, do crafts or watch TV.
You are able to participate in planning leisure time activities with other residents at Pikkukoski group home.
