As of 14 April 2026, you will receive messages and letters from the City of Helsinki’s health and social services digitally not only in Maisa, but also in Suomi.fi Messages. Paper mail from authorities will remain an option for everyone.

Day activities Päivikki

We serve older residents living at home in eastern Helsinki who have illnesses that limit their physical functional capacity.

Our Päivikki team includes three nurses and a physiotherapist.

In addition to enjoying meals together, our days also include exercise, outdoor activities, everyday chores and discussions that support functional capacity.

Day activities Päivikki operates at the Kontula Senior Centre.
