Our services
At Kustaankartano Service Centre, you can get support for your everyday life and engage in fulfilling and enjoyable activities.
At Day activities Päiväkartano we serve older people who have physical illnesses that limit their functional capacity or memory disorders living at home in northern Helsinki.
Puistola Service Home has more than 100 apartments for elderly people and a group home for people with memory disorders.
Communal housing might suit you if you do not yet need 24-hour care, but you are no longer able to live in your home with the help of home delivery services or the support of your loved ones.
When you can no longer live at home and need 24-hour care, you can get a home in a service home or group home.
A short-term assessment and rehabilitation period promotes your functional capacity following hospital treatment, for example. We assess what kind of support and follow-up care you will need.
We support your well-being as an informal carer by providing short-term care for care receivers in our senior centres.
If you have any questions to our group homes' staff, for example about visiting a relative, you can contact the carers in the units by phone.

The route to the main entrance
- The over 10 accessible parking spaces are located outdoors over 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is less than 3.6 m.
- The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
- The route to the entrance is guided, rough and illuminated and it uses movement-guiding surface material.

The main entrance
- The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
- The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically with a motion sensor.

- The customer service point is located on the entrance floor.
- The doors in the facility stand out clearly.
- The facility has an accessible toilet.
- The service point has a fixed induction loop in the assembly hall, gym.
