As of 14 April 2026, you will receive messages and letters from the City of Helsinki’s health and social services digitally not only in Maisa, but also in Suomi.fi Messages. Paper mail from authorities will remain an option for everyone.

At Töölö Service Centre, you can take part in activities in pleasant company and get support for your everyday life.
Day activities Töölö
At day activities Töölö, we serve older Helsinki residents living at home who have a memory disorder or some other illness that limits their functional capacity.

In Töölö Service Home, our residents lead their lives on their own terms near the Finnish National Opera and the Olympic Stadium.
Communal housing
Communal housing might suit you if you do not yet need 24-hour care, but you are no longer able to live in your home with the help of home delivery services or the support of your loved ones.
24-hour care
When you can no longer live at home and need 24-hour care, you can get a home in a service home or group home.
Short-term care
We support your well-being as an informal carer by providing short-term care for care receivers in our senior centres.

  • The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically with a motion sensor.
