As a resident of the Pukinmäki Support Home, you keep your place on the supported housing waiting list.
Our primary objective at the support home is to identify the most appropriate housing service and support options for you. Through a comprehensive assessment, we evaluate your functional abilities, housing skills, and specific needs, and provide guidance to connect you with relevant services and activities.
Furthermore, we collaborate with you to create a personalised client plan, and we conduct regular meetings to review your progress and make any necessary adjustments. Additionally, our team arranges home visits according to agreed-upon schedules to offer support in the comfort of your residence.
