The Brahe House offers a variety of apartment options, including 45 one-room apartments and 9 two-room apartments. These apartments, ranging from approximately 30 to 60 square meters, are spread across three floors. 

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette or kitchen and a bathroom. Additional shared facilities such as a dining room, sauna, and laundry room are conveniently located on the lower floor. For added safety and peace of mind, all apartments are equipped with a safety phone that can be used to request assistance, even during night-time hours. 

The primary objective of residing in the service house is to enhance and support your functional capabilities. We prioritise your individual needs and resources. Upon moving into the service house, we will conduct an assessment to determine the specific services you require and create a personalised care plan tailored to your needs.

The route to the main entrance

  • The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
  • The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide.
  • There is a steep slope on the passage.

The main entrance

  • The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
  • The entrance has a ramp under 6 m long.
  • The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door requires the use of a door phone, opening automatically.
  • The foyer is cramped.

In the facility

  • The customer service point is located on the entrance floor.
  • The facility uses movement-guiding surface material.
  • The facility has thresholds over 2 cm high.
  • The indoor walkways have a ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on both sides.
  • The doors in the facility stand out clearly.
  • The facility has a toilet marked as accessible. The toilet door cannot be easily opened and closed. One or both sides of the toilet seat lack a support rail.
