Social services for undocumented migrants

Social services for undocumented migrants are intended for foreign individuals residing in Helsinki who do not have a residence permit or municipality in Finland.

You are eligible to receive urgent and essential social services, along with guidance and counselling specifically tailored for undocumented migrants.

Our primary objective is to safeguard your physical and mental well-being, while equipping you with adequate information regarding the immigration conditions in Finland. Through our collaborative efforts, we strive to support your pursuit of sustainable solutions, whether within Finland, your home country, or in a country where you hold a valid residence permit.

We maintain close collaboration with health care services and ensure that you have access to necessary legal advice or assistance pertaining to your residence permit matters.
