The aim of the social rehabilitation team is to support your wellbeing, everyday life and functional capacity. Through our team, you can apply for work activities for persons with disabilities. The target group for work activities for persons with disabilities is working-age Helsinki residents aged 18-65 who are on rehabilitation allowance or disability pension. The social rehabilitation team consists of six rehabilitation instructors, a supervisor, a specialist social worker, a social worker and a leading social worker.
Access to our service is by appointment only.
