Our Sinilintu team includes nursing, rehabilitation and social guidance professionals.
Our daily programme comprises an array of activities, such as manual skill building, small discussion groups, mental workout sessions, sing-alongs, outdoor activities and exercise sessions. A physiotherapist instructs our clients in strength and balance training.
Day activities Sinlintu operates at the Munkkiniemi Service Home. The Munkkiniemi Service Home and Sinilintu are part of the Riistavuori Senior Centre.
