As of 14 April 2026, you will receive messages and letters from the City of Helsinki’s health and social services digitally not only in Maisa, but also in Suomi.fi Messages. Paper mail from authorities will remain an option for everyone.

Day activities Pihla

We serve residents with memory disorders living at home in eastern Helsinki.

Our Pihla team includes three nurses and an occupational therapist.

In addition to enjoying meals together, the day also includes different activities for example, reminiscing, sing-alongs, chair workouts, outdoor activities and playing games.

Day activities Pihla operates at the Kontula Senior Centre.
