In community social work, we engage in resident and expert work, supporting local actors and leveraging the community's own resources.
The core principle of community social work is identifying and utilising the resources of residents and communities.
We encourage residents to participate and influence matters that affect the community. We can meet at discussion events, on the streets, in public squares, or in other community spaces. We can also participate in planning and carrying out joint projects.
We promote social cohesion and well-being within communities, as well as fostering positive relationships between different groups. We collaborate with residents, the city's divisions, organisations, regional associations, businesses, projects, and parishes.
