Korpipolku

Korpipolku is a 1.2 km long marked nature trail in the heart of Haltiala nature reserve. The trail runs on forest paths and duckboards.

On Korpipolku, you can explore the restored forest with the help of information boards in the heart of Haltiala nature reserve. The Korpipolku trail is approximately 1.2 km long, and it is marked with blue diamond-shaped spruce symbols. The main information board of the nature trail can be found at both ends of the trail. The trail is not suitable for prams.

The starting point for the trail is about one kilometre from the parking area of Niskala arboretum (at the intersection of Kuninkaantammitie and Fallintie). Walk half a kilometre west from the parking area along Kuninkaantammentie. There is a sign guiding you to the starting point on Kuninkaantammentie, about 0.6 km from the trail. After completing the nature trail, you will return to Kuninkaantammentie, which is a short distance from Pitkäkoski hiking lodge (Kuninkaantammentie 40).

If you arrive from the west, the distance between the trail start point and the parking area of Pitkäkoski lodge is about 0.4 km. After completing the trail, you will return to Kuninkaantammentie by walking along the road 0.6 km to the north. You can also continue hiking to the Haltiala primeval forest.
