The beach season 1 June – 9 August 2026
This year, lifeguards will be present at beaches from 1 June to 9 August when other services will also be available on beaches. Before going to the beach, you can check the real-time water temperature and blue-green algae situation of the beaches.
Free swimming schools during the summer 2026!
Helsinki Sports Services and FitPit Oy are organising free pop-up swimming schools in cooperation during the summer at the Aurinkolahti, Hietaniemi and Palettilampi beaches.
