- taking part in the City’s procurement processes and tenders;
- taking part in co-creation projects and pilots;
- engaging in research and development cooperation;
- piloting new solutions in collaboration with the City.
What are the requirements for partners?
Our aim is to develop solutions that are safe, reliable and beneficial to city residents. The privacy and data security of city residents are key principles underpinning all our AI-related collaboration.
As a partner, you must:
- comply with the City’s ethical principles regarding data and AI;
- take care of privacy protection and information security;
- take into account the environmental impact of solutions.
How do we evaluate AI systems?
We evaluate AI solutions both before they are deployed and during their use in order to identify and manage the risks associated with AI.
Things that we take into account in this evaluation include:
- impacts on users and people affected
- privacy protection and security
- environmental impacts
- transparency of operations.
Solutions must meet the City’s requirements before they can be deployed.
