The administrative regulations and rules of operation came into force on 1 June 2017, at the same time as the City of Helsinki’s reorganisation.
The City Executive Office operates directly under the City Board. It is headed by City Manager Jukka-Pekka Ujula, who also serves as the supervisor of the division directors.
The Central Administration includes four municipal enterprises.
The Internal Audit Unit is part of the City Executive Office and reports directly to the City Manager.
