How to find us

The Disability Outpatient Clinic is located in building A of Sofianlehto. It is the big yellow building on top of the hill. The main service point and consulting rooms are located on the 2nd floor. Physiotherapy and occupational therapy are located on the 3rd floor.

The Disability Outpatient Clinic is easily accessible by car or public transport. You can come along Mäkelänkatu, Isoniitynkatu or Sofianlehdonkatu. You will have to climb uphill if you arrive via Isoniitynkatu or Mäkelänkatu.

Only Sofianlehdonkatu gives you access to the courtyard by car. There are three ordinary two-hour parking spaces and two disabled parking spaces in the courtyard. You can also park your car along Sofianlehdonkatu. If necessary, there are parking permits on the unit’s notice board, but in practice only clients and the city’s staff can park on the plot.

The building is easily accessible by wheelchair. The entrance doors of the main entrance open automatically. Next, use the door on the left that can be opened by pressing a button. Then head to the right and take the lift to the second floor.

On the second floor there are illustrated signs for the waiting room and disabled toilet.

Please wait in our waiting room until your appointment time. One of our staff members will come to escort you when it is time for your appointment to start.
