Independent of your situation, Helsinki’s ten senior centres are there for you to offer you the building blocks to lead a good life. Our senior centres employ professionals and experts from different fields of care.
Senior centres also serve as homes, as short- and long-term clients live in our service homes and group homes.
In our senior centres, you can expect to receive specialised care and gain ample opportunities to live an active life.
We offer service centre activities for our elderly clients and unemployed people, support for informal care families and day activities for people living at home.
We also speak Swedish at the senior centres located in Koskela and Kivelä.
