School health care supports the students health and well-being and helps prevent diseases. The school nurse and doctor monitor your health in the long-term by carrying out health examinations. For instance, they assess whether further examinations are needed and direct you and your family to the right services. If you have a long-term illness, the school nurse and doctor will ensure that the treatment and monitoring of the illness are in order.
You can visit the school nurse during the school day if you want to talk about your health and well-being or if you want to make an appointment. You can also get help from the nurse in dealing with any accidents that occur during the school day.
If you suddenly fall ill and need treatment, please contact your own health station. In your free time, you can get treatment from your own health station and, in an emergency, from the emergency services.
