Assessment and rehabilitation

Short-term assessment and rehabilitation periods help you live at home, promote your functional capacity and support the resources of your caregiving relatives.

We plan and implement an assessment and rehabilitation period according to your personal needs and goals. During the assessment and rehabilitation period, a nurse, practical nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, social counsellor, ward pharmacist and doctor will assess your functional capacity. Our goal is to provide you with the support measures you need for you to be able to return safely to your home. Clients come to us with a referral from home care, city hospitals, emergency rooms and the crisis ward.
