At the geriatric outpatient clinic, we offer physical therapy as part of multi-professional rehabilitation.
Our customers are Helsinki residents over the age of 70 with memory or information-processing problems. Our multi-professional team will identify the customer's rehabilitation needs and, if necessary, make an appointment with a physiotherapist.
The physiotherapist looks for individual solutions to promote physical activity, nutrition, sleep quality and overall health. A close relative or friend is welcome to accompany the customer to the appointment.
We will look for solutions to a problem that is hindering the customer's everyday life and needs to be addressed. One form of rehabilitation is a series of remote physiotherapy sessions with the help of borrowed devices.
