A centralised telephone service for home care was introduced in autumn 2025 
The number for the home care centralised telephone service is +358 9 310 01105 , and it is open every day from 7.15–21.00. Through this new number, we serve home care clients, their loved ones, home care employees and our cooperation partners. The new telephone service is currently in use in the southern, central, south-eastern and eastern home care units.
