We request electronic product lists to be provided for the products specified in the procurement agreement. These are received by the City Executive Office’s Economic Development and Planning Division and Basware Oyj.
Before any electronic product lists are provided, their content must always be agreed upon with the City Executive Office’s Economic Development and Planning Division. After this, the format in which the product lists will be submitted must be agreed upon with Basware Oyj.
Basware Oyj recommends suppliers to provide the product lists in either XML format or through the Basware Catalogue Feeder, which suppliers can use for free. The products must be divided into product groups in accordance with UNSPSC codes. Instructions on creating product lists and the UNSPSC product group specification are available from Basware Oyj.
