The Urban Environment Division’s customer service is closed on 9 September

The Urban Environment Division’s customer service point at Työpajankatu 8 is closed on Wednesday 9 September due to a staff training day. The telephone service is also closed.

You can contact us via the feedback website. Urgent parking control requests concerning vehicles that are hindering traffic can be submitted by calling the number 09 310 70014. We will resume normal service on Thursday 10 September.

Road surfaces and fixtures 

The City of Helsinki is responsible for the condition of road surfaces and signs. However, properties must report any damage on the section of the street under their responsibility to the customer service of the City of Helsinki’s Urban Environment Division. The City of Helsinki also takes care of painting road markings, among other things.
