Helsinki InfraTrainee Programme
Are you an aspiring infrastructure professional wondering how to build your career path? The Helsinki InfraTrainee programme offers a unique opportunity to get started!
Our trainee programme aims to provide strong capabilities for various project tasks and create career opportunities within the Urban Environment Division of the City of Helsinki. After completing the programme, trainees may be employed in open positions within the City of Helsinki.
Duration and salary
Trainees are employed full-time for a fixed-term period of two years. All trainees receive the same monthly salary: €3,405.
Who can apply?
The programme is open to applicants from various educational backgrounds, such as engineering, architecture, environmental sciences, and land surveying. The Helsinki InfraTrainee programme starts on 1 September 2025. The application period has ended.
