Terms of booking 

A booking becomes effective when the client receives an electronic confirmation of the booking. 

Terms of payment  

• The fee for a visit is based on the number of visitors and the unit-specific time of the visit.
• A preliminary number of visitors and a list of names/organisations must be submitted when booking. The final name list for billing purposes must be submitted no later than 14 days before the visit. 

Terms of cancellation

• Cancellation must be made in writing to the following addresses:
  • the unit to be visited
  • and helsinki.city.education.visits@hel.fi(Link opens default mail program)  
• If the visit is cancelled 7 days in advance, the fee must be paid in full.
• If the visit is cancelled 14 days in advance, it can be done free of charge.
• If the visit is postponed to another time, the above-mentioned addresses must be notified in writing no later than 14 days bfore the actual visit.
