Plots for apartment buildings, Pikitehtaankorttelit, price competition

The City of Helsinki will offer the (AK) 38092/43 and 38365/1-4 plots for apartment buildings in the Pikitehtaankorttelit area through an open price competition.

The plots are being offered for the construction contracting of unregulated non-subsidised owner-occupied housing.Tenders may be submitted for the following three sets of plots: 1) 38092/43, 2) 38365/1-2 and 3) 38365/3-4. The tenderer with the highest bid for each set of plots will win that set. The plots in the set can be provided either by sale or by lease under the conditions specified in the call for tenders. When submitting an offer, please indicate whether you are offering to purchase or lease the plot. Submitted offers must be valid until 30 September 2027.

Any clarifications and corrections to the competition programme or extension of the period for submitting offers during the competition will only be published on this website.

Any clarifying questions regarding the competition must be sent by email by (Wed.)12.8.2026 at 16:00 to asuntotonttitiedustelut@hel.fi. The email must be titled ”Hintakilpailu, Pikitehtaankorttelit”.

Answers to questions sent within the defined time period will be published on this website. The aim is to publish the answers no later than (Wed.) 26.8.2026.

Offers must be submitted by (Wed.)9.9.2026 at 12:00 by the latest

Please submit the offer and a report on the tenderer’s general eligibility requirements and prevention of the grey economy by (Wed.) 9.9.2026 at 12:00 to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division customer service information desk.
