Plots for residential buildings, Oulunkylä, Patola, price competition

The competition period has been extended until Thursday 27 November 2025 at 12.00.

Towards the end of the competition, it was found that the placement of car parking on the plots in accordance with the competition programme and detailed plan may require a deviation procedure. For this reason, the competition period will be extended until (Thu) 27 November 2025 at 12.00. Previously submitted purchase offers will be considered as they are, unless the tenderer wishes to update their purchase offer. Furthermore, section 1.1 Osallistumisoikeus ja yleiset kelpoisuusedellytykset (Right to participate and general eligibility requirements) of the call for purchase offers was updated on 29 August 2025.

When submitting a purchase offer, the tenderer must provide the basic information of the tenderer as well as an account of:

1. their general eligibility requirements and a list of references for housing construction projects carried out by the participant / group of participants.

The requirement of three completed apartment buildings has been removed from the terms of the competition. 
In other respects, the competition will continue under the previous terms.

Please submit your purchase offer and a report on your general eligibility requirements and prevention of the grey economy by (Thu) 27 November 2025 at 12:00 to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division customer service information desk.  Write ‘ Hintakilpailu, Oulunkylä, Patola, tontit 28300/15 sekä 28301/12 ja 13‘ on the envelope and address it to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Committee.

The City recommends delivering purchase offers personally to the customer service department of the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division.
