The Urban Environment Division’s customer service is closed on 9 September

The Urban Environment Division’s customer service point at Työpajankatu 8 is closed on Wednesday 9 September due to a staff training day. The telephone service is also closed.

You can contact us via the feedback website. Urgent parking control requests concerning vehicles that are hindering traffic can be submitted by calling the number 09 310 70014. We will resume normal service on Thursday 10 September.

Implementation Programme on Housing and Related Land Use

We prepare an implementation programme for housing and related land use for each council term, which guides long-term housing planning in Helsinki. The City Council approved programme 2024 on 28 August 2024.

The programme for 2024–2027 includes four objectives: socially sustainable housing production, high-quality and attractive housing, the development of residential areas and suburban regeneration, as well as sufficient housing production and sustainable growth.

We publish an annual follow-up report on the implementation of the objectives.
