Any clarifying questions regarding the call for purchase offers and its object must be sent by email by (Thu) 12 Feb 2026 at 4.00. p.m to :  asuntotonttitiedustelut@hel.fi(Link opens default mail program) .
The email must be titled  ”Jätkäsaari, Hintakilpailu, tontit 20086/1 ja 11”

Answers to questions sent within the defined time period will be published on this website. The aim is to publish the answers no later than (Fri) 27 Feb 2026.

Please submit your purchase offer no later than (Thu) 19 March 2026 at 12.00.

Please submit your purchase offer and a report on your general eligibility requirements and prevention of the grey economy by (Thu) 19 March 2026 at 12.00 to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division’s customer service information desk.  Write “Jätkäsaari, Hintakilpailu, tontit 20086/1 ja 11” on the envelope and address it to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Committee.

The City recommends delivering purchase offers personally to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division’s customer service department.
