Plot for an apartment building, Yliskylä in Laajasalo, key money competition

The City of Helsinki will lease the apartment building plot (AK) 49063/13 in Yliskylä, Laajasalo, based on an open competitive bidding process.

The City will lease the plot for the construction of unregulated, non-subsidised owner-occupied housing.

The competition is based on a one-off payment of an additional supplement to the land lease, known as key money. The City will lease the plot to the tenderer offering the largest amount of key money under the conditions specified in the call for tenders.

Offers must be submitted by (Thu) 3 December 2026 at 12:00 by the latest

Please submit the purchase offer and a report on the tenderer’s general eligibility requirements and prevention of the grey economy by (Thu) 3 December 2026 at 12:00 to the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division customer service information desk. Please write the following on the sealed envelope ” ”Hintakilpailu, tontti (AK) 49063/13”.
