The plots are to be used for unregulated, non-subsidised owner-occupied housing and/or rental housing, with rental housing accounting for no more than 40% of the permitted building volume. The buyer is obligated to organise, at their own expense and in cooperation with the City, an invitational architecture competition for the plots, to the extent appropriate, in accordance with the competition rules of the Finnish Association of Architects.
The plots will be sold to the highest bidder in terms of total price, under the terms listed in the call for purchase offers. You cannot bid for only one or two plots.
